You're NOT broken. You're just human, and this sh*t is hard.

Mindful AF therapy for anxiety and mood disorders. In-person in Austin | Virtual anywhere in Texas

You've been through some heavy stuff, and it still shows up in ways you wish it didn't - like shutting down, overreacting, or numbing out.

You're tired of pretending you're okay when inside, you feel anxious, low, or like you're barely holding it together.

You crave change but don't know where to start - or you've tried things before and nothing seemed to stick.

Fast forward to a future where old pain loses its grip on you. The stuff you've carried for years doesn't define you anymore - you're healing, integrating, and moving forward with more freedom.

You stop avoiding and start engaging. Difficult emotions and conversations become things you can handle, not things you have to run from.

You feel more like you. The version of you that's grounded, authentic, and no longer pretending everything's okay when it's not.

Therapy helps you trade the chaos for peace—so you can actually enjoy life again.

We go beyond surface-level fixes to uncover what’s really driving the anxiety, mood swings, or burnout—whether it’s old trauma, unchecked stress, or patterns that no longer work for you.

Using tools like ACT, mindfulness, and relational therapy, we’ll tackle it together in a way that sticks.

Meet Your Therapist

Hey, I’m Logan – dad, outdoorsy guy, friend to kittens, appreciator of spicy ramen, and therapist who truly loves his job.

I got into this field because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. My own recovery journey taught me how isolating those struggles can be, and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others navigate their way out.

I bring a grounded, compassionate, highly relational approach to therapy, blending mindfulness, ACT, and evidence-based tools to create real change.
